The Cover: On April 23, 2007 Steve Sullivan, a long-time advocate for victims of crime, was appointed by Order in Council as Canada’s first Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Sullivan had spent twelve years as the Executive Officer and President of the CPA supported Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime.
