On the Cover: The Honourable Rick Bartolucci, Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services goes over the agenda for the 17th Annual PAO Employment Conference. In an interview before the Conference, Minister Bartolucci provided his insight and outlined his expectations as the Minister responsible for policing in Ontario.
